-Dynamic Warm Up - 10 min


Explosiveness/Strength - 30min

5 rounds on Bosu or something unevenĀ  (2 min rest)

-10 squats

-10 push ups/side to side

-10 sit ups

-10 lunges (5 on each side)

-10 burpees

-1 lap around the court


Balance work on Bosu - 10min
