Ellis Grubman, an MMA alum and former Division I skier for Colby College, returns to the Academy to lead Marketing and Strategy. After starting his career on Wall Street and building a leading sports talent agency, Ellis brings deep expertise in branding, communications, and strategic growth. His role will be key to advancing MMA’s visibility, community engagement, and long-term vision.
